Single Origin Coffee

Single origin coffee comes from the same geographical area, country, region or farm. Most coffee production regions are located on a volcanic soil, but the altitude, rainfall, shade and moisture levels of each region affect the characteristic flavor and aroma of the coffee.

Our way of roasting is truly custom order small batch roasting where you get to choose the level of roast and whether you want your coffee in whole beans or ground to your preferred degree.
However, to be able to distinguish the most of the characteristics of the single origin coffee, a Vienna Roast is recommended.
