Shipping policy

Orders that total less than $35.00

A $5.00 shipping and handling fee is charged on orders that total less than $35.00.

Orders that total more than $35.00

No shipping and handling is charged to customers for standard ground delivery on orders of $35.00 or more.

Order pick up

Customers have the option to pick up orders at our Houston, Texas facility to avoid shipping fee.  Hours for pick up are Monday – Friday 8am to 4pm excluding holidays.

International and P O Box orders

Mitalena Coffee only accepts orders for shipments within the continental U.S.A.  Orders to international destinations, Alaska and Hawaii will be negotiated.  Mitalena Coffee does not ship to P O Box addresses.
